Schon viele Jahre begleite ich Menschen jeden Alters in der Natur und biete ihnen einen sicheren Raum und die Möglichkeit, ihre Verbindung zur Natur und sich selbst zu vertiefen.
Kreativität und Achtsamkeitsübungen, sowie Tanzen und ein bisschen Singen sind meine Wege, Dich an die Hand zu nehmen und Dir neue magische Erlebnisse mit dir selbst und der Natur zu schenken.

I look back on many years of experience in accompanying people of every age in nature, offering them a safe space and opportunity to deepen their connection to nature and themselves.
Creativity and mindful exercises, aswell as dancing and a bit of singing are my ways to take you by the hand and offer you new magic experiences with yourself and mother nature.
